Instructions for Authors

The Nisaab Education Science and Technology Research Journal in Urdu (NESTRJU) is a peer-reviewed Urdu International journal dedicated to showcasing and disseminating high-quality research in the field of Education Science and Technology. NESTRJU is a high-quality dissemination venue for innovative ideas, technological emphasis, research findings, and conversations on the evolution of Education, Social Sciences, Medical and Health, Business Administration and Science & Technology. It is a peer-reviewed international academic publication that is published online and is available to the public. It aims to publish innovative research in the fields of education, science, and technology.

The goal of the journal is to publish original, scientific, theoretical, or applied research in the field of education, which includes Social Sciences, Engineering & Technology, Business Management, Medical Science, and allied fields, to provide a platform for publishing results and research with a strong empirical component, to bridge the gap between research and practice by promoting the publication of original, novel, industry-relevant research, and to seek original and innovative ideas. to publish original, theoretical, and practical work in all interdisciplinary streams of Education Science & Technology, to provide a platform for publishing results and research with a strong empirical component, to bridge the gap between research and practice by encouraging the publication of original, novel, industry-relevant research, and to solicit original and unpublished research papers based on theoretical or experimental works in Urdu.

Papers for the journal’s regular editions can be sent to editor@nestrju.com at any time during the year. The work will be published online immediately after final acceptance, which will be based on a thorough review procedure. However, the Editorial Board will assign the manuscript to a specific Volume / Issue (see archive) of the Journal at a later date, and the author will be notified. A time-bound Special Call for Papers will be announced for theme-based Special Issues, and it will be relevant exclusively to that issue.

The act of submitting a paper means that the work presented has never been published before (save as an abstract or academic thesis) and is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere. The submission must be authorized by all of the paper’s authors. If a document is eventually accepted, the authorities responsible for the work must ensure that it is not published elsewhere in the identical way. Once a paper has been submitted to NESTRJU for review, it cannot be removed unless it is ultimately rejected.

Ensure that the author(s):

1. Plagiarism Check: Matter which is in English apart from Urdu will be assessed by a good quality plagiarism software/ tool (Turnitin / iThenticate) will be used to check similarity that would not be more than 20% including reference section . In the case of exclusion of references, it should be less than 5%. For Urdu content a concern subject expert editorial board committee of 3 members will finalize the originality of the paper content will be examined and approval will be given if the content is unique and valuable in Urdu Language.
2. Quality Check: All submitted paper should be cutting edge, result oriented, original paper and under the scope of the journal that should belong to the education, Social Sciences, Medical & Health, Business Management and Science & Technology area. In the paper title, if the words are used as follows  ‘Overview/brief/ Introduction, Review, Case study/ Study, Survey, Approach, Comparative, Analysis, Comparative Investigation, Investigation’ should have a Urdu translated word followed by an English word, it is applicable for subtitles only.
3. Paper Submission Criteria: : Any one author cannot submit more than 03 papers for the same volume/issue.
4. Review Criteria: This journal uses double-blind review process, which means that both the reviewer (s) and author (s) identities concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by three reviewers. There should be proper comments of the reviewers for the purpose of acceptance/ rejection. There should be minimum 01 to 02 week time window for it.
5. E-Copyright: All authors should submit E-copyright to the NESTRJU.
6. Template: All accepted papers should be formatted as per NESTRJU Template. Be sure that each author profile (min 100 word) Urdu/English along with photo should be included in the final paper/camera ready submission. It is be sure that contents of the paper are fine and satisfactory. Author (s) can make rectification in the final paper but after the final submission to the journal, rectification is not possible. In the formatted paper, volume no/ issue no will be in the right top corner of the paper. In the case of failure, the papers will be declined from the database of journal and publishing house.

1. Updation in the Paper: Please be sure that
   1. Each author profile along with photo (min 100 word) has been included in the final paper.
   2. Final paper is prepared as per journal template.
   3. Contents of the paper are fine and satisfactory. Author (s) can make rectification in the final paper but after the final submission to the journal, rectification is not possible.
2. Copyright Property: After the publication, conference proceeding will be property of publishing house and journal.
3. Publication Fee: Journal is free. Journal will not take any kind of fee/processing fee/handling fee/review fee only Maintanence charges of Rupees 3000/- per paper for Indian Author and 75$ for Foreign Author.
4. Required Time for Endorsement: It will take minimum 03 to 04 weeks.

Manuscript Submission

Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before; that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else; that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – at the institute where the work has been carried out. The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation for anywhere.

Permissions
Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) for both the print and online format and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.

Online Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit full text papers including abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, result description, tables, figures, and references. Full-text papers (Inpage Urdu Software & .pdf) may send by e-mail at editor@nestrju.com.

If the Author is unable to type the Article in Urdu, We assist to type the Article with reasonable charges i.e Rupees 500/- (6-10pages) and Rupees 50/-perpage if pages exceet more than 10 (24 lines matter which includes tables and figures also) for Indian Authors and a consolidate 10$ ( 6-10pages) for International Authors. Author should submit the scan copy of hand written material in Urdu with good quality. Author should pay the complete amount based on 10 pages which is (500/- Indian Author & 10$ for International Author). Then the author should start the processing for registration. Note this Urdu DTP charges are excluded from the registration fees. The payment should be made based on the Account details provided by the editor through email correspondence.
